Q: How do I track my order? A: Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this on our courier partner’s website.
Q: Are Adora products suitable for sensitive skin? A: Most of our products are formulated to be gentle, but we always recommend checking the ingredient list and doing a patch test first.
Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Q: What should I do if my product arrives leaked or broken? A: Please take a photo immediately and contact us at 03219838600 or adora7140@gmail.com. We will send a replacement right away.
